{"id":8199,"date":"2026-06-16T17:56:53","date_gmt":"2026-06-16T23:56:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coparmexjal.org.mx\/entorno-empresarial\/?p=8199"},"modified":"2026-06-16T17:56:54","modified_gmt":"2026-06-16T23:56:54","slug":"silver-economy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coparmexjal.org.mx\/entorno-empresarial\/silver-economy\/","title":{"rendered":"VIVIR M\u00c1S A\u00d1OS, NO PARA TODOS: LA LONGEVIDAD RECONFIGURA ECONOM\u00cdA Y EMPRESAS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La longevidad ya no puede leerse s\u00f3lo como \u201cm\u00e1s a\u00f1os de vida\u201d, se ha elevado la supervivencia promedio, s\u00ed,&nbsp; pero s\u00f3lo para algunos: sobreviven proporcionalmente m\u00e1s mujeres, m\u00e1s personas con mayor educaci\u00f3n e ingreso, y m\u00e1s grupos expuestos a mejores instituciones, entornos urbanos saludables y sistemas sanitarios eficaces. El resultado es una econom\u00eda con&nbsp;m\u00e1s personas mayores, menos reemplazo generacional y desigualdades de supervivencia m\u00e1s visibles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2024 sumamos m\u00e1s de 8 mil millones de personas, la fecundidad global cay\u00f3 a&nbsp;2 hijos y la esperanza de vida al nacer se recuper\u00f3 a&nbsp;73 a\u00f1os. La ONU proyecta que para 2030 habr\u00e1&nbsp;265 millones de personas con m\u00e1s de 80 a\u00f1os, superando a los lactantes y para 2070, las personas de&nbsp;65 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s sumar\u00e1n 2 mil millones, superando a los menores de 18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un aumento de&nbsp;10% en la fracci\u00f3n de poblaci\u00f3n de 60+&nbsp;reduce el crecimiento del PIB per c\u00e1pita en&nbsp;5.5%, debido a la menor oferta laboral y al menor crecimiento de productividad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La implicaci\u00f3n central para empresas es sin duda un tema de discusi\u00f3n, una reconfiguraci\u00f3n planeada estrat\u00e9gicamente es indispensable. Veamos estos indicadores:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th><strong>Eje de desigualdad<\/strong><\/th><th><strong>Evidencia emp\u00edrica reciente<\/strong><\/th><th><strong>Implicaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Sexo<\/td><td>Mujeres viven m\u00e1s que hombres en rangos de&nbsp;0.7 a 11.2 a\u00f1os.&nbsp;<\/td><td>M\u00e1s viudez femenina, m\u00e1s a\u00f1os en cuidado y m\u00e1s longevidad no siempre saludable<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Ingreso<\/td><td>La brecha entre el 1% m\u00e1s rico y el 1% m\u00e1s pobre fue de cerca de&nbsp;15 a\u00f1os en hombres&nbsp;y&nbsp;10 a\u00f1os en mujeres.&nbsp;<\/td><td>La longevidad es un activo estratificado<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Ingreso en Estado de bienestar<\/td><td>La brecha entre el 1% m\u00e1s rico y el 1% m\u00e1s pobre fue de&nbsp;13.8 a\u00f1os&nbsp;en hombres y&nbsp;8.4 a\u00f1os&nbsp;en mujeres.&nbsp;<\/td><td>La desigualdad de longevidad persiste<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Educaci\u00f3n<\/td><td>Las diferencias educativas de esperanza de vida suelen ubicarse entre&nbsp;3 y 10 a\u00f1os.&nbsp;<\/td><td>Elevar edad de pensi\u00f3n puede ser regresivo<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Raza\/etnia y territorio<\/td><td>En E.E.U.U, para mujeres, el gap lleg\u00f3 a&nbsp;12.8 a\u00f1os&nbsp;entre grupos.&nbsp;<\/td><td>\u201cUn pa\u00eds\u201d es un mal promedio para dise\u00f1ar pol\u00edtica social o de talento<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante, emerge un nuevo concepto el \u201c<strong><em>SILVER ECONOMY<\/em><\/strong>\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.&nbsp;Habilidades: La OCDE documenta una fuerte ca\u00edda de participaci\u00f3n en formaci\u00f3n con la edad: solo&nbsp;24%&nbsp;de los adultos de 55-65 participa en capacitaci\u00f3n relacionada con el trabajo, frente a&nbsp;41%&nbsp;entre 45-54. Empresas que retrasan la edad de retiro sin cerrar esta brecha de entrenamiento est\u00e1n comprando conflicto, no productividad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Trayectorias salariales y promoci\u00f3n. Si la arquitectura de carrera no cambia, crecen el congestionamiento y las tensiones intergeneracionales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Emprendimiento y consumo: la edad promedio del fundador de las nuevas empresas del&nbsp;0.1%&nbsp;de mayor crecimiento es&nbsp;45 a\u00f1os. Una sociedad m\u00e1s envejecida puede volverse m\u00e1s inercial en consumo, frenando entrada de firmas y dinamismo.&nbsp;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para empresas, la recomendaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica principal es&nbsp;pasar de una pol\u00edtica de edad a una pol\u00edtica de capacidad. El Centro de Longevidad de Stanford dise\u00f1\u00f3 una iniciativa&nbsp;(New Map of Life) que&nbsp;propone trayectorias multietapa, aprendizaje recurrente y reinvenci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica. Harvard (Advanced Leadership Initiative) formaliza una \u201ctercera etapa\u201d educativa para l\u00edderes experimentados que transitan a nuevos roles de impacto. MIT (MIT xPRO) han expandido expl\u00edcitamente la formaci\u00f3n de adultos trabajadores y de media carrera.
