{"id":8143,"date":"2026-03-06T17:08:43","date_gmt":"2026-03-06T23:08:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coparmexjal.org.mx\/entorno-empresarial\/?p=8143"},"modified":"2026-03-06T17:08:44","modified_gmt":"2026-03-06T23:08:44","slug":"mujeres-pib-jalisco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coparmexjal.org.mx\/entorno-empresarial\/mujeres-pib-jalisco\/","title":{"rendered":"Mayor participaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de las mujeres impulsar\u00eda el crecimiento de Jalisco"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reducir brechas laborales podr\u00eda sumar m\u00e1s de 112 mil millones de pesos al PIB estatal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco del D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer, en Coparmex Jalisco destacamos la importancia de fortalecer la participaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de las mujeres como una condici\u00f3n clave para el crecimiento, la competitividad y el desarrollo sostenible del estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente, en Jalisco existe una brecha importante en la participaci\u00f3n laboral. De acuerdo con la Encuesta Nacional de Ocupaci\u00f3n y Empleo (ENOE), al cuarto trimestre de 2025 la tasa de participaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de los hombres fue de 74.6%, mientras que la de las mujeres se ubic\u00f3 en 45.8%, una diferencia de 28.8 puntos porcentuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, persisten diferencias relevantes en las condiciones laborales. En el estado, 764 mil mujeres trabajan en la formalidad, mientras que 793 mil lo hacen en la informalidad. Esta situaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se refleja en los ingresos, donde el promedio mensual en empleos formales es de 13 mil 261 pesos, mientras que en la informalidad es de 6 mil 551 pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al mismo tiempo, el talento femenino ya tiene un papel relevante en el ecosistema empresarial de Jalisco. De acuerdo con el estudio Mujeres en las Empresas 2025 del Instituto Mexicano para la Competitividad (IMCO), el 47% de las micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas del estado cuenta con mujeres propietarias, y una de cada cinco mipymes tiene m\u00e1s de la mitad de sus puestos directivos ocupados por mujeres, lo que refleja un avance en el liderazgo femenino dentro de las organizaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante, a nivel nacional todav\u00eda existen desaf\u00edos importantes en materia de liderazgo empresarial. Las mujeres ocupan solo el 14% de los lugares en consejos de administraci\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico, y apenas el 3% de las direcciones generales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cerrar estas brechas representa una oportunidad econ\u00f3mica significativa. Se estima que, si se incrementa la participaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de las mujeres en Jalisco, el Producto Interno Bruto estatal podr\u00eda aumentar en m\u00e1s de 112 mil millones de pesos en la pr\u00f3xima d\u00e9cada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde Coparmex Jalisco reiteramos que impulsar la participaci\u00f3n femenina en el mercado laboral formal fortalece la productividad, impulsa la innovaci\u00f3n y contribuye al crecimiento econ\u00f3mico, al tiempo que promueve la igualdad de oportunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello, hacemos un llamado al sector empresarial y a las autoridades a seguir promoviendo condiciones que permitan a m\u00e1s mujeres integrarse, permanecer y crecer dentro del mercado laboral formal, mediante pol\u00edticas de flexibilidad laboral, acceso a
