Esto genera una espiral virtuosa en la que los colaboradores alcanzan altos niveles de productividad y, al mismo tiempo, llevan vidas m\u00e1s satisfactorias. El enfoque est\u00e1 en las personas, quienes son las que, en \u00faltima instancia, incrementan la competitividad de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bienestar organizacional<\/strong> <strong>forma parte de la <\/strong><strong><em>Colecci\u00f3n Factor Wellbeing<\/em><\/strong>, una serie de cuatro libros dedicados a cada elemento del modelo BEAT: Bienestar organizacional, Enfoque en liderazgo positivo, Ambientes positivos y Trabajo significativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En el Instituto del Prop\u00f3sito y Bienestar Integral de Tecmilenio<\/strong> se propone una visi\u00f3n integradora, respaldada por investigaciones, para definir el entorno de bienestar organizacional. Este modelo impulsa programas y servicios en los que l\u00edderes y colaboradores trabajan en conjunto para construir una cultura donde las personas se sientan seguras, incluidas y apreciadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este libro explica c\u00f3mo construir bienestar dentro de las empresas, haciendo referencia a pr\u00e1cticas documentadas que destacan por los resultados positivos evaluados por sus propios colaboradores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando las organizaciones adoptan un enfoque de bienestar integral como eje central de su estrategia, pueden atender de manera proactiva las causas de los problemas, reconociendo que los trabajadores pueden desarrollar recursos a trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3n y de una cultura laboral de apoyo que amortig\u00fce el impacto de las adversidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El bienestar debe ser impulsado por los l\u00edderes<\/strong>, formar parte de los objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos, integrado a la cultura y a los procesos de gesti\u00f3n de personal. En esencia, es una inversi\u00f3n en la experiencia presente para potenciar a la persona hacia un futuro en el que pueda desarrollarse plenamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El libro detalla los diferentes niveles del Modelo de Transformaci\u00f3n Organizacional Positiva:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seguridad laboral<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entorno favorable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experiencia significativa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cultura de bienestar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prosperidad organizacional<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>En cada uno de estos niveles se identifica un reto prioritario a atender. Adem\u00e1s, se comparten testimonios de personas que han aplicado la metodolog\u00eda <em>Factor Wellbeing<\/em> como un proceso de mejora continua, e invitaciones para que los lectores desarrollen
