{"id":7235,"date":"2024-02-02T17:57:20","date_gmt":"2024-02-02T23:57:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coparmexjal.org.mx\/entorno-empresarial\/?p=7235"},"modified":"2024-02-09T13:45:03","modified_gmt":"2024-02-09T19:45:03","slug":"igualdad-e-inclusion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coparmexjal.org.mx\/entorno-empresarial\/igualdad-e-inclusion\/","title":{"rendered":"Igualdad e inclusi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Son conceptos que me causaban mucho conflicto interno tan solo escucharlos, Igualdad e Inclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es de gran valor el poder tomar en cuenta estos dos grandes conceptos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igualdad e Inclusi\u00f3n.&nbsp; Para lograr un entorno favorable entre los grupos de inter\u00e9s donde los desenvolvemos todos los d\u00edas debemos de convertirnos en agente de cambio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La igualdad significa que todos tenemos que ser considerados o tomados en cuenta, tener las mismas oportunidades sin importar el sexo o alg\u00fan otro factor que pueda considerarse como discriminaci\u00f3n, significa el tener los mismos derechos de participar, de ser valorados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las organizaciones se ha llegado a presentar el fen\u00f3meno de que no se fomenta o practica la igualdad al momento de que se presentan promociones para ocupar puestos de mayor responsabilidad, son tomados en cuenta m\u00e1s los colaboradores de sexo masculino que de sexo femenino o por temas de edad, como ejemplo, o brindado mayores oportunidades a personas j\u00f3venes y no tomando en cuenta a los de mas experiencia por la edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El concepto de igualdad lo concibo como ofrecer o tomar en cuenta a todas las personas por IGUAL, sin importar su edad, sexo o alguna otra condici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Inclusi\u00f3n es otra de las acciones que debemos de fomentar con mayor relevancia, ya que en muchos de los \u00e1mbitos donde nos desenvolvemos tendemos a excluir a determinadas personas en alg\u00fan grupo o en alguna actividad. La inclusi\u00f3n tiene mucho que ver son fomentar el sentido de pertenencia, de hacer sentir a las personas que forman parte de, en determinados grupos de inter\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tendemos a discriminar y no tomar en cuenta a determinadas personas por alguna condici\u00f3n particular, lo que como sociedad no contribuye a las buenas relaciones, ya sea en el trabajo, en la familia, alg\u00fan movimiento ya se de apostolado, social, recreativo, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como sociedad, hemos venido creciendo en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os en fomentar la igualdad y la inclusi\u00f3n, pero considero que todav\u00eda nos hace falta trabajar mas desde casa, con nuestros hijos, desde chicos ense\u00f1arles que no debemos de excluir a las personas y que todos tenemos los mismos derechos y que debemos de tratarnos en igualdad de circunstancias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te invito a que analices o reflexiones en los \u00faltimos 6 meses, si fuiste victima al no se incluido o se tratado en igualdad de circunstancias por alguna persona o empresa, o si acaso tu excluiste o no trataste a alguien con igualdad, por alguna raz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por una cultura de igualdad e inclusi\u00f3n, vamos construyendo en pro de ello, mediante nuestras acciones y\/o actitudes, predicando con el ejemplo y retroalimentando a aquellos que practiquen la exclusi\u00f3n o no traten con igualdad a otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un afectuoso saludo y nos vemos pronto.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Son conceptos que me causaban mucho conflicto interno tan solo escucharlos, Igualdad e Inclusi\u00f3n.
