organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Se conoce por <strong>reclutamiento 4.0 <\/strong>a la t\u00e9cnica de atracci\u00f3n de talento que aprovecha las tecnolog\u00edas emergentes; busca transmitir una imagen de la organizaci\u00f3n atractiva y que facilite captar y seleccionar los mejores talentos requeridos en cada \u00e1rea, de forma eficiente y exigen que los m\u00e9todos que se utilizan para la atracci\u00f3n y selecci\u00f3n de talento sean especializados en su giro, flexibles y a la vez estructurados, as\u00ed como adaptables a cada vacante que se presente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Las estrategias actuales no son ni remotamente parecidas a las que se utilizaban hace algunos a\u00f1os; adem\u00e1s de los portales web para captar talento, las redes sociales se han vuelto aliadas de las \u00e1reas de <strong>Talento Humano (TTHH)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Los profesionales responsables de las <strong>\u00e1reas de TTHH<\/strong> deben agregar a sus conocimientos y habilidades, el manejo de la tecnolog\u00eda para atracci\u00f3n, selecci\u00f3n, retenci\u00f3n de colaboradores, as\u00ed como para mantenerlos comprometidos y productivos en su organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">En el tema de atracci\u00f3n y selecci\u00f3n de talento a trav\u00e9s de la tecnolog\u00eda, el dominio de las redes sociales se vuelve indispensable, por eso<strong> plataformas<\/strong> como<strong> LinkedIn, Facebook y Twitter<\/strong> son ahora parte de la estrategia
