Como acci\u00f3n son actividades diferentes y \u00fanicas que se realizan para lograr resultados espec\u00edficos.&nbsp; Pero \u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa cuando hacemos de nuestros supervisores, l\u00edderes capacitados para realizar m\u00e1s que una funci\u00f3n?. Es por ello, que aqu\u00ed te compartimos 5 herramientas b\u00e1sicas, que como supervisor puedes implementar para formarte como l\u00edder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Los l\u00edderes y supervisores deben cultivar estas habilidades:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>Comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: La comunicaci\u00f3n abierta, honesta, directa y apropiada es fundamental para las interacciones exitosas. Cada persona sirve como la cara de su equipo u organizaci\u00f3n, y sus acciones individuales apoyan o socavan los valores de la organizaci\u00f3n. Responsabilidad significa demostrar coraje y tomar la decisi\u00f3n de hacer lo correcto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los supervisores \/ l\u00edderes deben proporcionar informaci\u00f3n apropiada, incluidos incentivos y consecuencias, para ayudar al personal a tener \u00e9xito.
