Est\u00e1 centrado en la orientaci\u00f3n de los nuevos colaboradores a fin de ayudarles a adaptarse y adentrarlos al 100% a la cultura empresarial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la diferencia entre la inducci\u00f3n y el onboarding?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una inducci\u00f3n tiene como principal objetivo informar a los colaboradores acerca de los reglamentos&nbsp;y lineamientos generales de la empresa, a diferencia de un programa de Onboarding que busca impactar directamente en la experiencia de los nuevos integrantes, buscando que logre desempe\u00f1arse de forma eficiente en sus funciones y tenga todas las herramientas necesarias para integrarse r\u00e1pidamente al trabajo y familiarizarse con la empresa y su cultura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pero \u00bfc\u00f3mo hacer onboarding digital?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, te comparto algunos ejemplos acerca de c\u00f3mo puedes adaptar este programa a la nueva normalidad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.- Env\u00eda un kit de bienvenida al domicilio del colaborador<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el colaborador no tiene forma de llegar a las oficinas, te recomiendo que env\u00edes el equipo inform\u00e1tico y el welcome pack a su domicilio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.- A\u00f1ade al nuevo colaborador a tus canales de comunicaci\u00f3n digital<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque no se tenga al nuevo colaborador de manera f\u00edsica en las oficinas, es importante poder comunicarte de forma \u00e1gil y r\u00e1pida como si lo estuvieras. Para ello, es indispensable el uso de herramientas de comunicaci\u00f3n como WhatsApp, Correo electr\u00f3nico, Telegram, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.- Prepara una reuni\u00f3n de onboarding con el nuevo colaborador<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No te olvides de programar una reuni\u00f3n, para poder darle el recibimiento que se merece y poder explicar las funciones del puesto de trabajo, posici\u00f3n dentro de la empresa y el equipo de trabajo, las pol\u00edticas, valores y cultura de la empresa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.- Implementa actividades que permitan que el colaborador se adapte <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunas ideas de este tipo de actividades pueden ser: Recorridos virtuales por la empresa, desayunos virtuales con el equipo de trabajo y asignaci\u00f3n de un mentor que gu\u00ede al reci\u00e9n llegado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora que ya conoces m\u00e1s sobre este tema, es momento de poner manos&nbsp;a la obra e implementar programas de onboarding digital en tu empresa con el fin de impulsar la retenci\u00f3n de tus colaboradores.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El onboarding es una pr\u00e1ctica que busca acelerar la incorporaci\u00f3n del capital humano a la instituci\u00f3n o empresa.
