Identificar el estr\u00e9s que vivimos, c\u00f3mo lo vivimos (no olvidemos que es una experiencia subjetiva) y c\u00f3mo nos est\u00e1 afectando. <strong>Los l\u00edderes podr\u00e1n reconocer m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente el estr\u00e9s en su equipo si primero aprendieron a reconocerlo en ellos mismos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Despu\u00e9s atenderemos la sintomatolog\u00eda f\u00edsica, para que el cuerpo nos permita trabajar con nuestra mente. Ahora ya estaremos preparados para poder analizar el estresor a nivel cognitivo y reinterpretarlo de una manera m\u00e1s positiva para poder vivir con \u00e9l. Un an\u00e1lisis consciente de nuestra conducta y de nuestras reacciones y respuestas en las situaciones cotidianas de la vida nos ayuda a corregir malos h\u00e1bitos que nos hacen da\u00f1o. Por ello, exhorta a empresarios, sindicatos y trabajadores a cuidar a otros y a ellos mismos de este mal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Ahora es cuando nos preguntamos \u201c\u00bfSoy feliz en mi trabajo?\u201d Y, como en las encuestas, si la respuesta es negativa, entonces respondamos la pregunta \u201c\u00bfSer\u00e1 por el propio trabajo o por las circunstancias que lo rodean?\u201d.<br><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Adem\u00e1s, hay que sumar a las presiones laborales otras que pueden ayudar a estresarnos a\u00fan m\u00e1s: la familia, las relaciones, la econom\u00eda, etc\u00e9tera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Seg\u00fan las investigaciones, <strong>los estresores m\u00e1s importantes<\/strong> dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n <strong>tienen que ver con altas exigencias laborales<\/strong>; poco apoyo de los compa\u00f1eros de trabajo y bajo control laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#0d5879\" class=\"has-text-color has-normal-font-size\"><strong>Son razones m\u00e1s que suficientes para que las empresas y las personas que las integran se preocupen por este tema, se ocupen en reconocer las causas y consecuencias del estr\u00e9s y busquen el remedio para este problema.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) dice:
